Could you explain in a few words what the process was like. The process was easy, I left a voice mail to call me back and I then received a call to ask me to come in for an appointment. I described what I was wanting done and what type of stone I needed sourced, I was then updated on the progress and asked to come in and review the stones sourced. I then chose the style of setting and the stone itself, a few days later I returned to collect the ring and I was really happy with the result.
Anything else that you would like to add? I didn’t even recognize the ring when I got it back, it looked great. Most of all – my wife loved it.
